The government forces you by law to complete a census every decade. This information is then made available to companies - likely making a profit using your information.
Now imagine that your ID card contains DNA information, information that contains details about heriditary diseases etc. How much would you think an insurance company would pay for that information? Its not a case of it being secure, its about trusting the people to use it responsibly AND to keep it secure. I wouldn't trust a government that lies to the public to keep this information private indefinitely, especially when they can be selective over what they can provide.Ben, 15 лет назад.
